The Project Manager will manage engineering programs and projects from Gate 1 (Kick off ) to Gate 7 (Hand off to Operations) . They will lead cross-functional teams, managing Customer Communication and ensuring flawless launch program, meeting goals as per KPI´s

NPI Execution - Budget < 3%

APQP implementation = 100%
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams and coordinate Project Core team resources for assigned programs.
- Define program requirements, create work breakdown structures and develop project plans.
- Coordinate Gates review for the assigned projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and financials project health. Track progress and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with ME Review designs, analyze trade-studies, test results and verify engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with APQP to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Sourcing to Liaise with vendors, suppliers and manufacturing for material procurement.
- Manage changes during the project with the set system and process.
- Produce reports on program health, risks, costs and deliverables for management.
- Transfer technologies to production, support product validation and verification.
- Support RFQ process for Capex evaluation, Risk Assessment , Timelines and coordinate feasibility with PCT
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in program/project engineering roles.
- Proficiency with MS Office, project management and CAD tools.
- Trained on Core tools
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong Accountability and speed for the proper project development
- Excellent Internal/External communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
